Diane Shearer

Diane retired after 36 years of employment with the Alberta Government.  In the last decade of her career, she was employed as a Senior Manager in Ministry of Alberta Justice, Family Resolution Services.  Her provincial leadership role included development and oversite of numerous program and policy initiatives for families accessing the justice system.   Diane has demonstrated leadership and interpersonal strengths, in her rapport with peers, management and a diverse range of clientele.  Her critical thinking and result oriented nature have proven to be of value in the support and administrative work she provides within SAIRS ltd.
